TOOL 2: GOAL-SETTING FRAMEWORK

One of the critical steps in any RRI is the creation of an outcome-based goal. As the leadership team and stakeholders complete their problem identification to include hidden adaptive challenges, they may need to focus their team energy on a few goals.

These “results” goals are supposed to be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time bound (SMART). They must be linked to the overall goal of a project or program.
